Caleb Smith, a phenomenal young man in the DC, Maryland Virginia area has a promising future as a certified advanced pilot before his 18th birthday. Caleb has numerous professional accomplishments and is a rising star in the DC and Maryland regions. He is a teen role model in his community. Caleb became interested in being a pilot at a very young age. He was focused, trained, and studied along the required school subjects to earn his Private Glider Pilot license issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He has flown Cessna 172, 182, Piper Cherokee 140/160, ArrowIII, Schleicher ASK-13, ASK-21, and L-13 Blanik Gliders. His discipline is remarkable as a member of AFJROTC holding the rank of a Cadet Tech Sergeant (C/TSgt) and an honor roll student. He has been on the honor roll and President’s List from elementary through high school. His vision for the future is one that not only involves him advancing as a pilot and attending the US military academy but also as a Christian that demonstrates his passion to help others understand

their purpose in life and soar high to reach success in life. Caleb’s pursuit of excellence is guided by spiritual affirmation.
